"Recently got my hands on a Henry Xtra"
I recently got my hands on a Henry Xtra. The emails have been great at keeping me in the loop about my order and when it would arrive. It showed up this morning, and I gotta say, it's a fantastic product and the service was top-notch! Keep doing what you're doing, folks!

"Truly the most terrible shopping..."
Honestly, this has been the most awful shopping experience I've ever had. It's been over six weeks, and despite sending countless emails, I still haven't gotten the item I bought. On top of that, they don't respond to my messages. In my view, this company is just garbage based on what I've gone through. If you're looking to buy something and actually get it, plus want any sort of customer service, steer clear of this place.

"Package showed up right on time"
The package showed up right on time. Had a little hiccup - shot an email with a pic. Got an instant reply - they sent out the missing piece right away for next day delivery. No worries about using them again.

"Fantastic Delivery and the Vacuum Cleaner..."
The delivery was top-notch, and the vacuum showed up super quick. This hoover is a lifesaver; its long hose and extended cord are particularly handy, and the suction power is impressive—it's tackling a construction site! That said, I mistakenly bought paper spare bags along with it instead of the sturdier fabric ones, and I didn’t catch that until later. The paper bags have been a hassle, tearing inside the vacuum and making a bigger mess than you'd believe. So, I'd suggest steering clear of those and opting for the cloth bags instead.

"Henry Hoover Malfunction"
Super helpful! My Henry Hoover broke down after just a month of use. They came to pick it up for repairs. It's been a week and a half, and I haven't heard a peep from them.

"Decided to give the James vacuum a shot..."
We were a bit hesitant about our purchase, but we figured we’d give the James vacuum a go. I must admit, it’s really impressive. It’s super light, way lighter than Henry, and gets the job done. The delivery was speedy, which was just what we needed. Thanks a bunch!

"Before I placed my order for the Henry hover..."
I chatted with a rep before I ordered our Henry hover since I was used to a stronger motor on my past Henrys. The EU regulations changed that, so I was worried if the new models would have the same suction power. The guy assured me they would, and he was spot on! I'm really happy with the price and the next-day delivery.
